On the left you can see 398 making his lift.
331 had a bunch of new GATX covered hoppers and TTX center beam bulkhead flats from National Steel Car out of Hamilton.
He also had some converted coalveyor type hoppers.
These cars have had entensions added to the top and have been placed in garbage hauling pool cars out of New York State.
Not sure if the garbage originates there or another eastern state but it comes through from Buffalo.
