Thank you! It is indeed the parking lot for the Wayne County Road Commission equipment yard.

How far did you chase it?

I filmed them at the MCS, crossing the Rouge River from the Fort St bridge, the West end of Oakwood Yard & at the Airport.
I also continued into Romulus and just enjoyed watching without trying for another video.
