Now that gas pri¢e$ are coming down again, I may be able to start watching trains in Carleton again.
Sunday afternoon I went down, and managed to catch a northeast bound on the CN at about 1630 or so; it was headed by two Norfolk Southern 9-40CW locomotives. The consist had some boxcars, some tankers, a few auto racks, and a lot of those cars they load truck frames on.
Felt good to actually see something moving for once; the past few times I've ventured down there, things have been very dead.
By the way -- speaking of Carleton, how many through trains head up and down the Lincoln Secondary nowadays?
