Looks like the old Amtrak station in Grand Rapids is for sale, really promoting the plans for an amphitheater across the street. Website is from the sign posted in front of the old station building

I'll pass. The building is not entirely on the property being sold (not including the platform area). About half an acre on one side of the tracks and a tenth of an acre on the other side of the tracks. Zoning restrictions that would not allow the current building if it were to be built today. Hopefully someone with a vision will snatch it up.

No. The architects and I use the term very loosely, cannot visualize where and how it will situated. This drawing has the freeway in the wrong location. Should be 90 degrees counter clockwise
