C&M "Titusville"

Unread post by kd_1014 »

At approx MP 170 on the C&M, there's a sign for "Titusville". Is that just a non registered teeny town? Google maps still says I'm in Coopersville when I'm over there.

Unincorporated village. The house there next to the C&M was at one time, a stop on the interurban that parallels the line between Coopersville and Marne.

Titusville nowadays seems to be the end of line for drunk/distracted night time drivers.

Dennison was the stop just west of Coopersville. Their were many small stations like that in between nunica and Muskegon too.

Last weekend being yet another example...
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.

GRHC - you know every night I can imagine he is in front of his computer screen sitting in his underwear swearing profusely and drinking Blatz beer combing the RailRoadFan website for grammatical errors.
