Fuel leaking. Apparent sideswipe. No injuries which is always good to hear.

Any idea what the locomotive in the video is? It doesn't look like a scheme I've seen. Is it a leaser?

Never mind. EJ&E 663 is the locomotive in question. Fox 2 News has a better picture of the locomotive on its coverage.
