GLCRR Radios not used in Wexford County?

I've been monitoring the Great Lakes Central Radio Frequencies on my Scanner around Cadillac recently and I haven't heard anything. Has anyone up here logged any activity recently, or do they just not use the system up here?

Back in the day (15 years ago, my time flies ) when I was a conductor for the Lake Central Rail Tours we used handhelds for switching and got our track authority by phone from Owosso. We very rarely used the radio to talk with Owosso.
