I believe this location has been live for a while now, but the view has changed and now has ATCS up with it!

The ATCS Monitor forbid streaming it. Maybe that is the problem.

Live streaming on YouTube is not the best way to avoid having your actions seen.
The policy of ATCS Monitor is:
"The Streaming of ATCS Monitor’s Dispatcher Display in real-time, or near-real-time is illegal and thus a violation of the Terms of Service (TOS)regarding the use of ATCS Monitor. Violators will be dismissed from the ATCS Monitor group. Server aggregator managers are expected to block the IP of any client known to be engaged in such illegal streaming."
Furthermore: "The US Dept of Justice has made a determination that the ATCS Monitor Dispatcher Display, is a “human-readable”product derived from over-the-air interception of electronic data and may not be rebroadcast."
This information is available to members of the ATCS Monitor group and permission to download and use the software and most territory files is based on agreeing to the TOS.
And whether you agree with the Justice Department determination and TOS, that is the agreement people using the software have agreed to follow.

I am aware of that. What Jason should do is make his railcam private.
Then watch these same people scream that they have been denied their supreme rights to watch it.

If the camera is private or public matters not, the rebroadcast of the ATCS display is still a violation of the agreement and of Federal rules.

I wasn't intending that he continue to display the atcs after being asked by Dave, who is the owner of the application, to not do so.
Notifying Dave privately and keeping it private would have been the better choice. Even better, contact Jason who is a member here and let him know. Jason stated he wasn't aware what he was doing wasn't allowed.

Now he knows ... I'm not sure how the rule could be missed. There are topics that seem to be most discussed on the ATCS group, and the prohibition on streaming is one of the top three. (The other two top topics are the fact that ATCS runs only on Windows - and not Windows Phone, Android or iPhone or Linux - and regular reminders to sign posts in the group with one's real name.)
I have come across several live feeds over the years ... they don't last long. Just a fact of life.
