Is Huron & Eastern Getting another New Locomotive? if it is it might be an Ex-NS or Ex-UP not sure if there is but anyone knows if Huron & Eastern Getting another New Locomotive please tell me.

That doesn't look like it meets Tier 4.
I wonder if someone is confusing HESR with LSRC who should have their "new" engine by now with 5 others to follow.

HESR is actually losing a locomotive, look for 3391 to head back to Marquette Rail sometime in the near future.
