CSX in the Grand Ledge Area
CSX in the Grand Ledge Area
I would really like to get a shot of a train going over the Grand River bridge in Grand Ledge. What time(s) does CSX roll thru town?

Re: CSX in the Grand Ledge Area
Really early (like 0400 ish) for Q328NS3322 wrote:I would really like to get a shot of a train going over the Grand River bridge in Grand Ledge. What time(s) does CSX roll thru town?
Mid morning usually for Q329 (0900-1300 range).
The Grand Ledge grain trains don't go over the Bridge .
The Local D707 works from Lansing West around Midnight. Sometimes if they have alot of work in Lake O and Woodbury they might be returning East after sunrise but They only seem to come out to Lake O 3 ish times a week and don't always stay that long so it's hard to predict that one.
interested in trains
