Plymouth viewing pavillion (future)

Unread post by Sean N »

From a Plymouth city commission email:

The Commission also approved the first reading for a zoning change for the proposed Mill Street Ventures development at the former Lumber Mart site near S. Mill and E. Ann Arbor Trail. The approval would change the zoning from B-3 to a PUD. The PUD received Planning Commission approval at their February 2019 meeting. Mill Street Ventures plans for 57 apartments and 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the property. The development would also create a public pocket park that would include a train watching pavilion.

That could be interesting, if there was more traffic in the area. I would love to see more details when they become available.
