Bayer now faces 11,200 lawsuits over Roundup cancer risk
Bayer is a good customer of MS. They receive tank cars (ammonia?) on a regular basis. Unfortunately due to a lawsuit it's possible the product they make may be discontinued.

I don't think this will be an issue. The Bayer CropScience facility in Muskegon was divested in 2018 to satisfy regulators regarding the Monsanto-Bayer agreement.

BASF is now listed as the owner of this facility in several places.
