Colonial Dr over MQT

Front page of the Fremont "Times Indicator". 1/23/19 edition showing the new under construction and what's left of the old. I don't know how long the link will be good.

Good looking bridge. I'm guessing it'll have much more room to stand on for pics. :)

GRHC - you know every night I can imagine he is in front of his computer screen sitting in his underwear swearing profusely and drinking Blatz beer combing the RailRoadFan website for grammatical errors.

Maybe they'll install rock guards on it to discourage loitering... :P

Just in case anyone is feeling nostalgic, Nelson’s Farm Market, just off M-37 and the tracks about halfway between Grant and the Colonial Ave bridge, sells T Shirts featuring An image of the bridge at their farm market store, along with the 1905-2019 dates.

Is that wht 3008 and mates were tied up in Grant on Sunday. Or do they always tie up there? Made for a colorful fall scene coming down M-37.

Not sure what 3008 is but they will often tie up anywhere between Newaygo and Sparta on the weekends.
