Amtrak At East Jackson Yard
If this has been covered before, then forgive me - but why has Amtrak 58 and Amtrak 68 plus two coaches been parked at East Jackson Yard for the past month or so? There is a unit on each end of the two coaches. Just curious as every time I drive past it looks to me they continue to be parked in the exact same spot and never move.
