LS&I Schedule

Hello All! I am thinking of a possible trip up to the UP this weekend and early next week. Planning on stopping by the Locks then heading west to catch some CN and LSI action. Does LSI have a particular schedule or general time their trains run to/from locations? Do they run on weekends?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
