Tunnel Troubles.

C P Rail reporting a broken rail in the Detroit River Tunnel. Expect delays on both side.

The Detroit River Tunnel has two tracks and very little traffic. Why would there be any traffic delays?

Only one bore had clearances improved. Five trains or fifty trains, if you get there and M of W is busy changing rail it's a delay.

Highly doubtful if M&W is working in tunnel train traffic can be run.
