Jackson Michigan Grade Crossings

Does anyone know if the grade crossings in Jackson have been repaired?

Per http://maps.google.com with the Traffic overlay on, looks like there's road traffic going over every crossing in Jackson currently, so seems like they are all open.

Which crossings are you referring? There are many on various lines. But the most used have been redone lately with the most significant the crossing in front of the Amtrash station on Michigan Ave. A unique arrangement with traffic lights on the cantilever crossing signal bridges. Similar ones exist in Chelsea.
