Wow! His attorney's comments are a bit over the top, but when you have no defense I guess you just make ridiculous arguments. Wonder why he harbored so much hate for CN for 8 years after leaving their employ? A nice prison term will help him feel better about himself!

Wow that will get you 20 years?? When we were kids we would stretch the long bonding wires over the track so that the train would cut them as they went past. We just thought it was funny being bored pre-teen farm kids.
