Blissfield Model Railroad Club (BMRC) Blissfield, Michigan

Unread post by Joshua Niederkohr »

I'm part of this great model railroad club, not a member yet, but I'm in the process. We have one of the biggest and best layouts in the state of Michigan. Our layout is set in the era of 1955-1965 in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee. Its the Chesapeake & Ohio and Clinchfield Railroads. There are multiple levels, and the mainline run is 2994 feet which 49 miles in HO Scale. The towns in Ohio are Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, and Carey. They also have the big Armco Steel Mill in Ashland, Kentucky. There's an open house this weekend Saturday and Sunday 11a.m.-4p.m. both days. There will be 2 more in December, and then 1 each month January-April :!:
