Unknown shortline power on CN
Would these be something of the HESR from Durand or did they come out of Canada?

The one is almost certainly a former RailAmerica unit. Where did you see them at?

They were on M399. CN 2674, CN 2140, BCOL 4644, LLPX 2241 and RLK 4057. Both of the GPs are bound for Metro East Industries in East St. Louis, Illinois.
