Cool project! What is the history of the caboose? Wonder if they will give it correct markings.

Hocking Valley 1928, then C&O 90630
Used to sit along US-131 in GR, moved to Coopersville & Marne, then to Clare.

I found another tidbit that this caboose was one of several RR cars in a collection near Cottage Grove & Kalamazoo Ave. in Grand Rapids in the 70's. I used to watch the C&O switch Standard Lumber there was I was a kid on a bike. I remember those cars and even photographed a few, I'll have to see if I've got a photo.

But even if it was painted C&O it would be more accurate then Ann Arbor paint.
