Railcars on flat bed trucks

Two rough looking but intact CH's came thru Battle Creek and are now headed west on M89 on oversize load flatbed trucks. Pilot driver said they are enroute to Kalamazoo and he believes they are to be set back onto the tracks somewhere over there. He did not know if they are to be scrapped or why they are being transported by truck.
