The cops don't usually even bother to chase those guys. Many times I was on my way home on I-696 late at night, and several of those crotch rockets would pass me on both sides doing well over a hundred mph. One time, a cop was hiding up on an entrance ramp as they went by, and didn't even go after them. They were out of sight ahead of me in a minute.
