I’m not sure if anyone had established the whereabouts of WAMX 4002, but as of Sept. 9 is was working on the Decatur and Eastern Illinois RR.

Wondering if the GP-35s are still roaming around Kazoo?

The GP35's are both in Kalamazoo. I don't know if they riam or are just parked.

The two old double door box cars along the RIP tracks have been sold to KMR and are going to be scrapped.

The caboose escaped the scrappers torch. Grand Elk has kindly donated it to the Mid-Michigan Railroad Club.

Fake News on election day. This takes the cake, I thought the boxcars and caboose were going to the border to stop the caravan? The GP-35s are going to pull the caboose with Trump in it to fool the Democrats in Atlanta. darn I've had too much coffee already. Time to vote.

In general the employees who pass along information don't like their names posted on the internet.

I have confirmation from the club that the caboose is leaving.

Yea I can confirm the caboose is going to the club(just needing a way to haul it), and I just found out yesterday from my resource that the boxcars will be scrapped in place.

They have a project starting in that area and were looking to have the caboose moved around the end of the month. I'd assume the box cars would be on a similar schedule.

On GDLK at L&W Supply in Grand Rapids, from my night time walks there, here's how traffic has been as of late:
No cars spotted 9/20, 10/2, 10/17, 10/21. MQT1223 said 3 cars were being dropped off last week. On 11/12, saw two loaded centerbeams, CSXT 600578 and TTZX 85492.

Wow a 100,000 hits on this thread. The railroad is popular and hopefully it'll be around a long time. Here's to the employees that make a go of it. Thank you.

Between 11/13 and today(11/15), those two cars were unloaded, taken away, and 2 replacement loads were spotted by GDLK, TTZX 862188 and TTZX 86433.
