Yes - According to the Trains Detroit map. CP Lou to CP Waterman is one option (over CR). Another possibility is Delray to River Rouge tower onto CN's Shoreline Sub (If there's a southbound connection. I know there's a northbound for CN to CR) to CR's River Rouge yard then south.

According to my same Trains Mag NS currently deliveres 1-2 units per week.
