Wilson (M-11) , Lake Michigan Drive (M-45)and Remembrance (M-11) are State Highways in Kent County. The oversize permits are issued by MDOT. "Kent County roads" are under the jurisdiction of the Kent County Road CommissionWe have not issued any oversize permits for windmill parts on our roads

Not really actually. From what I had seen traffic was moving fine through there all day.
