Went to saginaw early this morning and spent two hours poking around many different places. Hes what I saw and noticed.
First the CSXT yard had:
2507
6106 Both at the 8th street end of the Runaround
4443? In the westdispatch
9124
Prr 5289
2576 All three working wadsworth end
8574 first out in Roundhouse Two
6048 appered to ahve come back from Midland

Went out to towerline road and found the HESR working. They had the 3865 and 3868 and about 70 cars there. The scrap facility on Towerline Road had to gons steaming and loaded.
IMCO recycling facility had 6 Box cars spotted to load and about 30-35 in the Peerless Steel side track waiting to be loaded. This compant (IMCO) uses 50 to 60 foot boxcars of both the standard and hicube varitiy. They had a FBOX car mixed in with the cars they had spotted. Almost all the boxes were either of CN, WC, GTW, or HS reporting marks. This place is always very busy as everytime I have gone by it they always have no less than 10 cars on site.

Went out to Rifkin Steel and they were very hard at work shredding steel. They do not appear to be shipping by rail any longer. The tracks are unused and they had alot of semis' in the yard being loaded.

In Birch Run I was lucky enough to meet a outbound grain train
Had CSXT 7590 and CSXT 7728 and 63 cars heading south.

Thats about all for now... till next time..... lata

Cought the HESR(GP38-2's 3856&3868) northbond at Reese, with 25 grain hoppers. Hear a CSX train while at Junction Valleys hobby shop..
