Through Seneca, MI MP 70 just before 3pm in the rain. No NS leader just the Amtrak train. 933 was train #.

I know, the switchstand ruined the shot.

It was pretty cool train to see and also found out from the employees that the passenger cars are the former Art Train.

Had Called Bill and Chris to inform. Had left Greenfield Village at 11:30am. I watched it depart as I was there. Video to be posted soon!

NS 933 got to wait for 32T at Milan (kinda entertaining discussion between 32T and the dispatcher before that) so since I was set up south of Milan I got a shot of 32T blasting North at Cone, MI with around 9,000' of train:

Followed not long after by 933 heading South one road crossing South of where I got 32T:

Wish the weather had been better!

Mike,
Did you notice the empty flats on the CP train that appeared to be set up for the windmill tubes. They had a half moon connector on each end of the car sticking up from the deck. There was a string of them near the middle of the train. Haven't seen any of the windmill parts come through recently. Ron

Yeah - you can almost, sorta see them behind the autoracks after the well cars in the shot above. I did take a picture of one of 'em also. I figured they might be for windmill parts.
