Correct, they were using an old automotive parts plant in Romulus that had connections to both CSX and NS. I don't know the disposition of that site.

Wasn't it Home Depot who was unloading center beams on the south side of the big plant with the water tower that looks like a flying saucer in Romulus? I'm wondering if this means that traffic is gone from Romulus now.
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

That’s the old Kelsey Hayes complex southwest of Romulus. Google maps shows centerbeams and boxcars at the outdoor unload site, not sure how recent that imagery is. We need someone on the ground to take a look!

Posted on Facebook, the test unit for Remora arrived in Wixom. It’s a former CSXT Dash-9, #9043. Pretty quick use for a brand new siding!

I have good news I'm at Morton Salt in Manistee there is three two bay covered hoppers sitting here I asked shipping and receiving what's up they told me one car a day of bulk salt gets shipped out he told me this is the first time in many years that's happened. And they get boxcar loads of salt from Utah it's salt they don't produce here and I just found out the two bay covered hoppers go to the Carolina's somewhere. And capacity is being added to the plant there installing 6 brand new salt storage silos and the concrete work and steel frame work for the silos is being done right now.
