His parents will probably call Sam and get $4 million or so from CSX because there was no warning sign posted.

Teen should not walk on illegal trespass in CSX property. Teen is a crime but had be gone, their loss life.

Hold on just a minute. With the Ford Plant at Wixom closing how is the yard still open.

The yard is still open for the local industries to be serviced. Just because Ford shut down dosent mean everyone else did. There is still transflow, the lumber company up in Milford, alos Lincoln brick, interchange with the MAL, and a few others, plus they use the yard for car storage, now. Actually if he was climbing on top of a loco he had to do a lot of tresspassing. The fastest route in the yard, is over a quarter mile from the closest road. There is now a complex of condos on the east side of the main, and now right to the west of the north leg of the wye, is a sports complex.

Well it is too bad he passed away, sorry to hear that. Will make it rougher on railfans who just want to take pictures. Yes, suspect parents will sue, not only CSXT but Detroit Edison.
DECo gets sued daily, espically by families of people who steal both electricity and the copper wires. Courts need to get tough and throw thses kind of suits out.

Why heck teen went to out during midnight? Where their parent should watch them doing? That teen's parent faulted, failed and careless watch kid.

ITC owns the High Voltage line that runs through there, if I'm thinking of the correct one.

I forget add: Suspect, a teen‘s gangster groups have involving whom witness that a teen. Probably, they ran away from helpless a teen electrocuted in CSX property. Who found them resulted?

Hey Mike: The lines on the steel towers, 120KV are owned by ITC. Line this person contacted is lower and if that low was probley 13.2kv (7620 to ground) and that is owned by The Detroit Edison Co and will probley be sued by childerens parents who should not have let him run around at midnight.
ANY wire is assumed to be energized unless it is grounded. Should NEVER be touched.

Also, probably, they will sue to gangster's parent feuds by gangsters whom influenced a teen to go there. I am not prejudgment about them but officers need approve it that who did doing to them.
