UP Trackage Rights Agreement on NS

UP is going to be running trains on the former Wabash between K.C. and Springfield, IL. I saw on FB that the trains being routed that way are UP IG4TU, ITUG4, 2ZCIG4, ZCIG4, 2ZG4CI, and ZG4CI. http://trn.trains.com/news/news-wire/20 ... i-illinois
