Pioneer Railcorp Annual Financials

Although a pink sheet stock, Pioneer has consistently posted its annual proxy, report to shareholders and annual financials the very end of March with the exception of this year. Any thing a foot with this delay?

Wow first week of May and no audited financials or proxy materials, wonder if they don't have to do that any more? I know from another board that corn syrup traffic on the KJ appears to be down dramatically and the KJ is the breadbasket of Pioneer. In a few more days the first quarter 2018 filing would be due.
