Milwaukee district trains don't even go to Ogilive.
They operate out of the north end of Union Station, which is where the derailment happened.

That picture shows a MILW district train on the north approach to Union station, just north of the Boeing building. Nothing to do with Ogilvie, but that's the news for you...
