Nice SD9043MAC..wonder if it's legit, or too legit to quit?

hmm looks like I now have more of a reason to railfan down there! One thing puzzles me. Why go with CEFX SD90MAC's instead of buying the UP ones?
This is my life. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

If this is a problem get used to it.

UP is keeping their SD9043MAC's and getting rid of the problematic 6000 HP SD90MAC-H's. INRD's are 4300 HP.

As much as I love the steam era, who couldent love this era. I mean we have regonals purchasing, and leasing SD90's B&P, WE, INRD. We have other regonals purchasing SD70ACe's and GEVO's, MRL, IAIS, FEC. We have SD70M's and SD60 on others, NYSW's on I&O, SD60's on INRD, and Evensville & Western (? PatC knows). GP50's were on the MQT, I&O, ect, and many others. These are awEsome times, now with all the "newer" power making its way on to the "shortlines". Mabey the MQT should look into SD9043's or even SD70M-2, ACe's or even GEVOS.

The bigger short lines get the more they look like Class 1's :) .

Anyone like to speculate what modern power WC would have purchased if the were still around :?:
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

Yeah, I kind of figured it wasn't your shot. You hadn't mentioned any trips in that direction on the site lately.
