Improvements Coming to St. Joe Co. Crossings.

The Elkhart and Western has installed stop signs at many of their crossings, and are planning on putting up signals and maybe gates on their crossings in St. Joseph County.
The stop signs are a temporary solution to grade crossing accidents.
