CSX on the South Shore

I just saw CSX WB on the South Shore about 10 minutes ago. Does anyone know why CSX is using the South Shore ROW?
They use the tracks near Miller to access the power plant. The westbound from the plant normally stops when the tail end passes the switch at the Miller South Shore station, then the train reverses down to the CSX mainline clearing the South Shore tracks. I think they go to State Line with the CSX stuff. Used to be at East Chicago at the Toll Road then at MillerGaryIndianaRailFan wrote:I saw them on the CSS main in Ambridge WB hauling a manifest... So what situation would present itself where a CSX manifest would use CSS&SB's main line WB from Miller?
