Garrett Sub Traffic

Unread post by atrainguy60 »

How is the Garrett Sub doing right now? Is it as busy as usual, or has it seen a decline in traffic since EHH took charge awhile back? I haven't been rail fanning around Indiana in awhile, so I'm curious as to what to expect next time I make a trip down there.

Thank you! That's great to hear it's getting a little busier after the slump. It'd be sad to see such a busy mainline become a bit subpar.

Its increased now I made a list of train symbols on the Garrett Sub I counted close to 100 but if you minus the as needed trains I counted around 70 but we all know the CSX pumps ethanol and grain trains from Cicero so maybe 80 now

Its definitely not 70-80, at most it’s closer to 40, maybe 50 if any as needed trains are running.
