US 20 Construction Delay, New Carlisle.

Unread post by Jochs »

Norfolk Southern is concerned with the "dewatering" plan in the construction on US 20 under the NS tracks in New Carlisle. They fear it could undermine the footings of the railroad bridge that crosses US 20.

US 20 closed in May, and remains closed. Businesses in New Carlisle are open, but hurting because detours take you around New Carlisle.
