Looks like a car got hit in Goshen this morning near the Goshen College Campus. Train was only going 20 MPH At the time. This is on a branch coming off the NS Chicago Line. Is this the Marion Branch?

Yes. The Marion Branch runs through the college. The news story makes it sound like the crossing was ON campus, which would be a crossing just south of "College Ave". The car was pushed north off campus over College Ave.
