Chicago South Shore (CSS) question

Looking at Google maps I see were the south shore comes threw the "BAILLY WYE" in Burns Harbor, Indiana. I see were that leads into the Bailly NIPSCO Generation station. Just a little further east I see a track lead into the right into a small yard or two. That yard continues south west towards CP-485 on the Chicago line into burns harbor yard. What is that yard that looks to be servicing the finishing mill part for Mittle steel? Is that the CSS or who switching for Mittle steel in Burns Harbor, Indiana?

I always thought that was a NS yard? I have been up there a few times pretty big yard they have many cars sitting in there. They handle plenty of steel up there.
