75502430400202 showed up for a bit thursday on the bcp side, sounds like Warsaw, a solo worker was doing something today in the new bungalow and all around diaond, so time may be nearing.

Roughly 166 32 bit MCPs from the aggregator on Thursday. Unless it is somewhere else that could be it.

Looks like 6 position lights fall when Warsaw is done, but also if the CF&E track thru town is kept up they will probably be able to do 40 over diamond on cf&e.

CFER has a position light on the east side of town. The "advance" signal west of the diamond on CFER (west side of Warsaw) has been turned away from the tracks for the past few years.

There are position lights at the diamond but the NS signals north (23) and south (28 and 30) have been Vaders for years.

OK, thought youd figure this out by those hints, the really new distant signals on CF&E are just east of the creek west of town and across from lake city bank in Winona lake, look to be a green or yellow only , so atleast they know when they have signal once cut over.

Four PLs at the diamond and one behind Big R on the east side of town. Where is the sixth current PL?
(The old EB distant is just west of Zimmer Rd and out of service.)
(Out of service at Zimmer Rd)

As for the new signals: if they are new single lamp signals they should be a simple yellow light to alert the crews that there is an interlocking ahead. (Similar to the lights on the South Shore Freight line as it passes through LaPorte. When NS updated CP 462 they did not replace the distant signals on the South Shore.) If the new signals you are reporting have two lamps then I agree with your assessment.

Look close west of town,as of now there are 5 signals with only the old position light one currently in use! Atwood and the one between the newest one and the one in your picture have notched markers so i assume those 2 which were added when the one you picture were were for some sort of ctc passing island NS was planning on before losing line to csx, so those are nearly 20 year old unused signals!

Old eastbound at 525W. New near Hand Ave. (Too many creeks. Might as well say by the Zimmer building.)
Fixed signal at CR 525W,
Fixed signal at CR 525W,
New signal at MP 360.92 (two lamps in one head)
New signal at MP 360.92 (two lamps in one head)
New signal in Winona Lake (behind the Zimmer building at Kings Hwy and 1st St)

The Warsaw approach signals should be cut over now.

Test addresses seen for CP 35 to CP 54.

After 35 to 54 is done. Indiana will literrally only have 15 PRR mast signals, 2 dwarves, and one pedestal left. Under 20. Shocking really.

Is there a radio or connection down? I have not seen anything south of CP 19 (except CP 78/79) in a few days.

Our two Warsaw area receivers are off. Rob will know the details.

What is it? 16 mast signals and three pedestals CP 35-CP54? That is a major loss for PRR signal fans. (14 mast signals and two pedestals fell 6S to CP 21.)

Progress?

Yay! CFER finally ran an EB train in Warsaw. After watching 24 hours of westbounds I was wondering if they ever did. :D
(Unless they were all eastbounds and the 8:47 train was westbound.)

most wbs are NS intermodals, only rarely does a NS train run eb, but 3 or 4 wbs of NS make the ebs rare, and usually CF&E when they do run. last i heard 282 and 216 run cf&e and sometimes 240.

The new NB signal featuring 18K. (A train that spent the next hour or so stopped south of CP 21 before taking the siding prepared to cut for crossings. Another train was on the siding south of Claypool and both were set to spend the night tied down.)

The signs at Warsaw still say Warsaw (white on blue). All of the "PRR" signals are gone at the interlocking.

The "Automatic Interlocking Ahead Rule 280 Applies" signs remain up at CP 21 and 30N (signs just beyond the signal reminding the crew that an automatic interlocking is ahead). An oversight or just not getting a round tuit?
