A Hammond woman got out of her car just in time after it got stuck on the tracks. She managed to get away from the car moments before a Canadian National train hit it in Dyer.

It seems like Hoosiers and trains haven't coexisted too well this year.
At least this woman was able to get away from her vehicle and not become one of the many Hoosiers killed by trains this year.
