What do operations on the LIRC look like these days?

When (time & days of the week) do they regularly run the C-A & C-J trains (assuming those are still the normal 'turns' N & S out of Columbus)?

CA usually goes to Avon M-W-F and I think they must do a shirt turn the other days of the week. On duty 1700 on m-w-f for the Avon trip. Not sure on CJ, as there are now 4 or 5 CSX rack trains a day the go north on the LIRC.
