Has anyone thought of a railcam at the Elkhart Depot or the Museum like the one in Chesterton, Ind.

Money and access seem to be the key. The Chesterton cam is operated by someone with access. Getting permission from the City of Elkhart to mount cameras and then getting them connected to the Internet is not a trivial task.
