Wellsboro and Willow Creek Csx curfew

Anyone know if the csx Garrett sub has been closed since this morning due to diamond replacements at willow creek and wellsboro. Anyone know if or when the line has been repopened? There are currently 6 hot Eb intermodals stuck in Chicago waiting to move.

Q209-26 across new diamond on track one Wellsboro at 6:27 PM was the first contestant.

Well i can tell you that I saw 2 or 3 roll through Tiffin today so the line is open in Ohio
What smells like lube oil and diesel.... Oh wait it's just my "Locomotive Breath"

Thanks for the info, trains are now rolling in both directions. There is an eastbound parade of 15-20 trains waiting to move out of Chicago, the Willard sub will be full of eastbounds tomorrow morning.
