PRR at Porter

Still hard to believe I was the only one to shoot it right at the junction, just me and some NS MOW guys working on track 2.

I know why you shot it at Porter and understand that reasoning, but it's not that hard to believe based on the wires and poles growing out of the loco. Although, I've seen a number of other shots on the wrong side of the tracks and/or having poles in between them and the PRR units at various other spots on their journey. Very sharp and good color on the shot though Nate.

It was one of the most non-foamer fests I have ever seen. At the most 50 guys I saw at one time, not 200+ like for SP 4449 or NKP 765. LOVE the sound of EMD 567B's at 79 mph too ;)

Yet another reason to not shoot Steam.

And FYI James, those are 645 power assemblies in 567C blocks. That is how Amtrak rebuilt all their E and F units.

The UP E's have single 16-645 engines in them and sound just like a GP38, same for the NS F's.

The JTFS E's don't sound any different then any normally aspirated 645 really. There just happens to be 4 of them together.
