After no luck on another forum, I will ask here:

If I remember correctly, there is (?) an LIRC local that runs north out of Columbus to maybe Edinburgh and switches the plastics (?) place that is by Edinburgh Premium Outlets. So I have 2 questions:

1) If there is such a local, what's the symbol
2) What is the name of the described industry above?
