I give up. Guess I'll stick with a couple of other boards that I can post photos. A shame through. I feel I have some photos that might prove interesting. I use to spend some free time in Mich. 1970's photographing trains and such.

Do you have a gallery on RR fan?

if you do select the picture right click on it. copy address URL.
click img on this page.

past your URL address between the 2 [IMG], your picture should show up then.

Thanks Scooterb: I'll try again with this photo of the CSX Weed Sprayer that came through Muncie 6-7 with a SD45-2 for power
Model: EMD SD45-2
Serial Number: 74601-5
Frame Number: 74601-5
Date Built: 08/1974
Lineage: ex SBD 8954, ex SBD 2049, ex SCL 2049
Notes: one of 2 true SD45-2's remaining on CSX roster

This seems double kill having to post to the Gallery and then to message board. Also I seem to have trouble adding to the existing Album. I was expermenting and see that this photo went into a New Album. Took me a while to find where the blame thing went. I did two photos and I have yet to find the other. (maybe I'm retarded)

Bjett, i edited your post above so that you can see how it is supposed to look when pasting the photo into a post.
You can click on the "edit" button on your post so you can see exactly how it should look. I know it's a little harder having to post a photo to a gallery online, then link it on a post, but it's then easier for people to look through photos later, rather than having to search every thread for a photo they may be looking for.

Here's the code I used:

Code: Select all

actually, 8954 is the last true SD45-2. 8889 and 8886 retain SD45-2 body's but are internally SD40-2's.
Bottom text.
