PH&D Caboose in Westville, IN

I am looking for any information regarding the privately owned Port Huron & Detroit caboose that is supposedly in Westville, Indiana.

I remember having a discussion with someone several months back about this caboose and trying to pin down exactly where it was. I wasn't able to, but if you're on Facebook, a shot of it was posted on the PH&D Railroad Historical Society's page last year:

It is on CR 400 E, just north of the B&O main, and of course south of ROute 6.

I had a guy on Ebay buy a brass fire extinguisher to put in this very caboose.
