Metal X Fire

Is the massive fire at Metal X in Delta impacting rail traffic near the area? Google maps doesn't show Metal X (it appears under construction in the latest images I've seen), but it does run right along the IORY mainline. I would think, given the road closures in the area, the IORY is closed as well, but this should be far enough north of the NS line to not impact traffic on that line at this time.
